You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying “STOP” to a text message, unsubscribing from an email, or contacting us directly at sportswonderful@gmail.com. Opting out of marketing does not affect appointment-related communications necessary to provide your session.

4. Health Information

Before your first EMS training session, we ask you to complete a health screening and liability waiver. This may include information about medical conditions, medications, or physical limitations relevant to your safety during training.

  • This information is used solely to evaluate whether EMS training is appropriate for you and to customize your session safely.
  • We limit access to this information to Sports Wonderful staff directly involved in your training.
  • Sports Wonderful is a personal training and coaching business, not a medical provider, and this Privacy Policy does not create the same obligations as those governing healthcare providers under laws like HIPAA. However, we take reasonable steps to protect this information and do not share it with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to respond to a medical emergency.
  • You may request a copy of the health information you’ve provided, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at sportswonderful@gmail.com β€” see Section 8.

5. Children’s Information

Sports Wonderful offers group and private tennis lessons for players of all ages, including minors. Where a client is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide any required consent, complete any applicable forms on the minor’s behalf, and is responsible for the accuracy of information submitted.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Site without parental involvement. If you believe a child has submitted information to us without appropriate parental consent, please contact us at sportswonderful@gmail.com and we will address it promptly.
